Affiliate Program for Manufacturers and Providers (APROMAP)

The Affiliate Program for Manufacturers and Providers is the policy and basis of compromise amongst Traelos, LLC and the Manufacturers and Providers of the products we promote and sell in Latin America and the Caribbean. Affiliate Program for Manufacturers and Providers (APROMAP).

Scope

Manufacturers and Providers can be based in the USA or around the world and must be willing and approve to have their products promoted and sold through or by Traelos, LLC in specific areas, countries, and or territories within Latin America and the Caribbean where there is need for market expansion or solidification of their products.

Tool configuration

As per your request, Traelos, LLC will configure the offering aspects and requirements of each product.

Each product offered by Traelos, LLC is restricted (filtered) primarily by Country (Geographical), this opens a wide range of sub-filters that could be associated and or dissociated to fulfil every manufacturer’s or provider’s need and or expectations for every specific product.

Restrictions (Filters): Configures what the public and or the client can or cannot access, see or not see, and how it is accessed and or seen, and to whom, where and how a product is offered and sold in the store.

Example access-restriction Filters:

• Specific-Country-Restriction (Totally configurable geographic restrictions or inclusions, continent, sub-continent, country, city, municipality, etc.)
• Specific-Product-Availability
• Specific-Price (Prices, price attributes, discounts, offers, rebates, etc. can be configured by any, multiple, or non-association with other items on this list, including no price, or specific price for a region.)
• Specific-Quantity 
• Specific-Shipping (Weight, Dimensions, Shipping Class)
• Specific-Category (and or Sub-Category)
• Specific-Product Configuration (Including presentation, size, color, material, Brands, Tags, Attributes, etc.)
• Specific-Media (Media type)
• Specific-Promotions (Up-sells, Cross-sells, Social Media Campaigns, all can be totally configurated and associated with other items on this list)

 

Service Cost

The service Traelos, LLC offers is free of charge to you as Manufacturer and or Provider, but it is added as a component of our price structure when we offer and sell your products.

Commitment

By entering and joining the Traelos, LLC Affiliate Program for Manufacturers and Providers (APROMAP), you agree that Traelos, LLC is authorized to promote, set prices and or sell your products through our online store and or promote your products on social media, as well as other available platforms to access specific markets and clients. You also agree to provide all necessary training, information and media to properly promote and sell your products. You agree to not compete, not sell your products directly, nor by other parties, in the markets and or geographical areas where Traelos, LLC is promoting your products. You agree to make available and uphold product warranties directly with our clients, even repair and or replace and or reimburse them when necessary, according to your published warranty policy; furthermore, you agree to protect Traelos, LLC against all liabilities as to all product claims whatsoever. You agree to our “Business Policy”, our “Privacy Policy”, and our “Terms and Conditions”, as published and established on our site.

Additionally, you agree to send the product(s) sold by Traelos, LLC directly to the Traelos, LLC’s client.

You will handle and uphold all warranties and claims for all products sold by or through Traelos, LLC as if they were sold directly by you.
