We do not
As strictly enforced policies, Traelos, LLC, does not sell nor promote illicit products, does not sell products to minors, does not sell products to governments, does not sell products for war nor terrorism, and does not sell products to countries or regions with ongoing restrictions, forbiddance, and or embargoes.

Traelos, LLC, was developed to meet the needs of people, companies and other institutions that require a reliable, serious, viable, fast, and easy alternative to bring the products they need to their country, or wherever they require them, without scarifying cost nor time.
Traelos, LLC is a USA based export only company, exporting goods to Latin America and the Caribbean.
We also coordinate exports from Latin American countries to other Latin American countries.
Our product offer target is intended to reach industrial, commercial, and personal purchasers.
Pricing
All our prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices vary by country or region.
As Traelos, LLC is an export only company, sales taxes are not included on invoices.
No printed invoices will be sent; All invoices, and other pertaining documents, will be sent to the client-provided-email only. Documents may also be sent via WhatsApp when requested. Should printed documentation be sent, charges may apply.
Our prices are straight forward, with some destination exceptions that are generally well resolved.
Prices, in general, will include freight or partial freight (depending on final destination and delivery restrictions), unless otherwise specified in the product offer.
Unless explicitly specified, prices do not include the following: insurance, customs and agent introduction charges, taxes and fees, last mile logistics, final destination transportation, loading, and unloading.
Payments
Please use the payment collection services links provided.
As an alternative, Direct Deposits, ACH, and or Wire Transfers are also accepted; please include your “Order Number” for reference; instructions for these payment methods are provided at “Checkout”.
Orders will enter the dispatch queue and export process only after payment in full has been received and cleared.
Warranty, Returns, exchange, and or Refunds
In general, warranties, returns, and or exchanges are to be dealt directly with the product manufacturer and or our providers, unless expressly specified by Traelos, LLC.
Some items, due to manufacturer’s or provider’s policies, and or their characteristics and or nature, are not eligible for warranties, returns, exchanges, and or refunds.
Freight, and all transport-related costs, including export-import related costs, are non-refundable. Exchanged items will reincur in these charges prior to export.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; when applicable, a store credit will apply. Sale items cannot be refunded. Discounted products cannot be refunded. Rebated products cannot be refunded.
All exchanges, and or refunds, if and when applicable, are subject to prior full return of all the goods to be changed and or refunded, in the original package, unopened, with its export packing when applicable, and fully paid, including additional fees when applicable. Product returns do not guarantee a refund.
Claims, and or returns (if applicable) will only be accepted within thirty (30) days after invoice date, must be sent (returned) (at customer’s expense) to the original manufacturer’s or provider’s address, unless explicitly instructed differently, in written, by Traelos, LLC, via our official communication channels.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and shipping-related costs for returning an item. Shipping and shipping-related costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and shipping-related costs will be deducted from your refund when applicable.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returning items directly to Traelos, LLC, will generally incur in an additional charges and fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we, and or the manufacturer, and or provider, will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim and or refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account as store credit within a certain amount of days.
For late or missing refunds, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check “My Account”, this is where it reflects as store credit.
Only when explicitly stated in written through an official Traelos, LLC email, prior to your purchase, if applicable, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Product availability varies by country or region, depending on each manufacturer and or supplier agreement; a country selector is available on the top of the page, selection of the country where the product is being exported filters the availability of that product for that area.
In case a product is not offered for your country or region, please contact us via the integrated email, phone, or WhatsApp buttons, so the availability of an equivalent product can be posted for you (generally within 24 hours); this does not make you liable in any way to place a purchase, posting a requested product for you, is the same as providing a quotation.
Logistics
It’s simple, when you request a product, we locate it and send you a quotation.
We will find the products you need and send them to where you need them.
We connect the offer of those who produce (or those who have the products), with those who need the products.
We use our Product Location-Offer-Acceptance-Delivery System (PLOADS), to serve you better.
Generally, products will be sent to the customer directly from the factory (manufacturer), or from our providers around the world.
Traelos, LLC’s logistics configurations, aim to offer excellent quality, low cost, and fast delivery of the products you need.

The efficiency of our service consists primarily of constant and fluid communication throughout the supply chain, starting with our suppliers and ending with our customers, all supported by our modern Product Location-Offer-Acceptance-Delivery System (PLOADS) developed in-house, together with our team of experts in purchasing, sales and exports.

Traelos, LLC has continuous customer loyalty programs for products offered; if at least one is not reflected, please contact us to re-check availability.
Loyalty programs vary by product, manufacturer and or supplier, quantity, inventory, season, country and or region.
These programs are generally applied through discounts, rebates, promotions, and or freebies.
Some discounts, rebates, promotions, freebies, and or full price policies, may be manufacturer or supplier regulated, for which we have no authority to override.
